Duck House

This duck basket is a safe nesting place and a perfect shelter for mallards and moorhens. Position the basket early in february as that is when ducks start buiding their nests. Place the basket between three or four sturdy long poles in the water no higher than 1 meter (3.3 ft) from the water surface. Alternatively, the basket can be placed on the edge of the water in thick vegetation. Mallards breed from march through june and usually lay between seven and eleven eggs. Clean the duck basket after breeding season is over. Poles not included
