VC3 - BUTTERFLY BOX
No garden should be without a nesting box. This basic box made from natural materials will give butterflies a good place to nest and will help conserve their population or help their reintroduction in a certain area. Four vertical openings in the front allow easy access to the butterflies so they can take shelter. This box offers an ideal shelter for butterflies to crawl in during a spell of wet weather. To make it a homey place for butterflies you should place some twigs in the butterfly house. This is where the butterflies will hang from when using the box. Thanks to the closed flat back with mounting option this butterfly box can be mounted against a wall.
